Payment must be received within 10 days of placing an order. If payment is not received within this time frame the item will be relisted..

We accept money orders, cashier's checks, personal checks, and credit cards via PayPal for payment.

Personal checks must clear before the item is shipped, so please allow up to 14 days for confirmation that your check has cleared. For faster processing, pay via PayPal.

Domestic & International Shipping

All orders are shipped according to customers' choice of shipment. During the process of checkout, various shipping options will be provided.

Shipping fees are not refundable.

NOTE:

* Due to the various locations of our warehouses, your packages may arrive from different locations depending on where stock items are available. Your purchase may be delivered in multiple packages.

* Our prices for shipping are very straight forward with no hidden fees because we use the automated UPSP and UPS systems to determine your total shipping cost. Unlike other sites with high hidden shipping fees, we highly believe in honest business with our customers. However, during checkout, if you suspect that the shipping cost is too high for the items purchased (which may be a listing error in items' weight), please contact us for further assistance.

Returns

Returns and exchange will be accepted only if the item is sent within 30 days of the delivery confirmation date in its unopened, original condition.

Defective, opened items must be returned within 14 days from the delivery confirmation date for returns or exchange. Items may be subject to a 15% - 20% restocking fee for any missing parts, documentation, or packaging.

The refund, excluding the shipping, will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped.

You must notify us of any return so that we will be expecting your package. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused.

We do not refund shipping costs. They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
